After graduation, she went to the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Maryland, where she developed purification methods for Interferon alpha.Mikovits has gained attention on social media for promoting her ideas about the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. She does not believe that a vaccine is needed to prevent COVID-19, and claims that the coronavirus was “caused by a bad strain of flu vaccine that was circulating between 2013 and 2015”. She also claimed masks will activate the virus and reinfect a mask-wearer over and over.One such circulating video gained notoriety in May 2020. Titled Plandemic Part 1, the film is a half-hour long documentary-styled interview of Mikovits’s perspective on the accusations thrown upon her by the WPI. Ed Dowd, the former equity portfolio manager, author, and founding partner of the global macro alternative investment firm, Phinance Technologies, has spent the vast majority of his working life on Wall Street, specialising in both the credit and equity markets.Fresh out of college Ed’s interest in the world of finance saw him take up a position at HSBC, the largest bank in Europe, selling bonds as an institutional fixed-income salesperson. Ed describes it as a five-year education in what really happens in the capital markets, as opposed to the “garbage” you learn in the textbooks.Ed’s life take a full 180 back in March 2020 and then only gathered pace in the ensuing months as Ed questioned the motive around vaccine passports and started looking more closely at the use of data in understanding the realities of the Covid pandemic.Ed wrote a book, “Cause Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 & 2022” which explores in the most intricate detail why we have seen a sudden surge of deaths in working-age people that, most significantly, were not attributed to Covid-19.Ed found that insurance companies were seeing a 40% increase in excess mortality among working-age adults during the fourth quarter of 2021. Millennials aged 25 to 44 had an 84% increase in excess mortality in that same timeframe. And most significantly, since the rollout of the vaccine the number of Americans who claim to be disabled has risen by at least 10%.Ed believes that Covid-19 provided cover for central banks and governments, allowing them to temporarily hide the reality that the financial system is crashing. It also allowed for the governments to deflect from the fallout of food shortages, energy price rises and failing finance systems.Ed became obsessed with the data around excess mortality and his ability and knowledge allowed him to run the numbers, analyse statistics and seek out evidence that was actually hiding in plain sight.

Covid-19 vaccination can induce multiple sclerosis via cross-reactive CD4+ T cells recognizing SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and myelin peptides

Both natural infection and the mRNA based vaccinations can be accompanied by transient autoimmune phenomena,

or onset of autoimmune diseases.

Objective

Two cases of multiple sclerosis (MS),

with clinical and new radiological signs,

beginning in close temporal relation to spike (S) protein mRNA based vaccinations.

Aim

The onset of MS in these two cases is very likely caused by CD4+ T cell clones,

that cross-recognize SARSCoV- 2 S protein,

from myelin proteins.

Method

Spike specific CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood,

and CD4+ T cells from CSF sample were isolated,

then underwent autoantigen screening test.

(An endogenous antigen that stimulates the production of autoantibodies)

A list of well-known MS related autoantigens,

Result(s)

Self-reactive T cells were detected from Spike specific T cell population,

also showed reactivity to MBP, MOG, (Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein) peptides PLP peptide pools.

Multiple sclerosis and myelin basic protein: insights into protein disorder and disease

Myelin basic protein (MBP) is an abundant protein in central nervous system (CNS) myelin.

MBP has long been studied as a factor in the pathogenesis of the autoimmune neurodegenerative disease multiple sclerosis (MS).

MS is characterized by CNS inflammation, demyelination, and axonal loss.

Finally,

we found proinflammatory T cell clones,

that recognize both Spike protein and immunodominant Myelin basic protein peptides,

and Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) peptides, which have previously been implicated in MS.

Conclusion(s)

Detailed studies of both peripheral blood, and CSF derived CD4+ T cells show that the onset of MS in these two cases is very likely caused by CD4+ T cell clones that cross-recognize SARS-CoV-2 S protein derived peptides and peptides derived from myelin proteins, which have previously been implicated in MS.

and reactivation of MS following non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccination has been noted,

There have been three reports of newly diagnosed MS following exposure to mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.

The association cannot be determined to be causal,

We report a series of 5 cases of newly diagnosed MS following recent exposure to mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.

Latency from vaccination to initial presentation varied.
Neurological manifestations and clinical course appeared to be typical for MS,

including response to high dose steroids

Conclusion

Acute neurological deficits in the setting of recent mRNA COVID-19 vaccine administration may represent new onset multiple sclerosis.
