Yeaaahhh...a bit of REAL disinformation ? "Emily" says "anyone can validate this information" while telling us the White Hats have taken over, and CBDC is a good thing! She slipped a few times, saying "we" when referring to Stellar, and at the 51min mark, mentioned that they have contracts with the WEF, IMF and UN. There is hope, but this isn't it.
