and CD4+ T cells from CSF sample were isolated,

then underwent autoantigen screening test.

Self-reactive T cells were detected from Spike specific T cell population,

Conclusion(s)

Detailed studies of both peripheral blood, and CSF derived CD4+ T cells show that the onset of MS in these two cases is very likely caused by CD4+ T cell clones that cross-recognize SARS-CoV-2 S protein derived peptides and peptides derived from myelin proteins, which have previously been implicated in MS.

Gators can be intimidating but some people like to catch them. See how it is done. During our visit to the state park recently, there was an alligator swimming near swimmers in the lake. An alligator catcher came and performed a show for us. He explained how to catch a gator and what is done with it after the catch. Surprisingly, what looks like rough skin is quite smooth. The skin is used to make leather items like handbags, purses, and shoes. The meat is sold to local restaurants that serve the delicacy and some is used for alligator jerky.
