I believe that I can access my superhero!!!

I believe that I can access my super self when walking barefoot on the earth, by pulling weeds after rain has softened the soil, by petting one of the kitties, by humming, by fixing something or finishing a project. So many ways to change the course of discouraging thoughts. Great reminder!

I believe it's possible for me to activate my superhero inside.
