Cellery omelette and toasted bread with beetroot and aubergine
A day in late winter in Norway
Breakfast: Brown chickpeas with rice puffs and ginger, fresh corriander, green onions and tomato.
Meat patties cooked with aubergine/ eggplant, potato and zucchini slices and onion rings with tomato sauce and spices of your choice baked in oven on 180 degrees for 50 min.
Omelette cooked with cellery, fresh corriander, fresh and powdered chilli, carum seeds, garlic and haldi/ turmeric in butter and olive oil. Combined with a toasted slice of bread with butter and honey.

Fruits with coconut flakes, joghurt and hemp hearts.
Put together items from the fridge and enjoy.
Dinner: Beef and prawn stirfried with vegetables with plain boiled rice.
A veggie and fruit combo salad.
Leftover chicken and potato kebab with fresh salad.
