"⁣There are several strategies, other than medication than can help a person when they are depressed. In this video we consider the problem of depression, which is a real illness. It is also noted that antidepressants can be a first and only resort. There is an argument that antidepressants are overprescribed. Whether they are prescribed or not other strategies should also be
considered. These include assessment of nutritional deficiency, such of lack of vitamin D. A good diet with plenty of fibre to promote the microbiome.
