#Our_Lady_of_Zeitoun was a mass Marian apparition that occurred in the Zeitoun district of Cairo, #Egypt, over a period of 2-3 years beginning on April 2, 1968. It was reportedly witnessed by many thousands of people, including Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser, and captured by newspaper photographers and Egyptian television. According to witnesses, the Virgin Mary appeared in different forms over the #Coptic_Orthodox Church of Saint Mary at Zeitoun for a period of 23 years. The apparitions lasted from a few minutes up to several hours and were sometimes accompanied by dove-shaped luminous bodies. Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the easiest fermentations you can do at home. Simply repurpose your apple peels and cores add some sugar and water and in 4 to 6 weeks you have some of the healthiest ACV hand made by you:

Fill any jar with apple peels and cores 3/4 of the way full,
Add Water to cover, with every cup of water added add 1 Tsp of sugar,
Cover lightly and store in dark space for 2 weeks
Drain apple bits at this time and continue to cover loosely and store in dark location for 2-4 more weeks, taste at this point and determine if you need to ferment any longer. At this time you can seal well and store in panty or refrigerator for use.

Amish canned Cream of Mushroom soup-
1/3 C butter
1 lb. Mushrooms, chopped
3/4 C. Flour
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 quarts Chicken broth
1 tsp. Lemon juice
Saute mushrooms in butter till brown. Blend in flour. Add broth and seasonings. Whip until well mixed. Heat until boiling. Water bath 2 hours.
