It was expected that Newspeak would have finally superseded Oldspeak (or Standard English, as we should call it) by about the year 2050
The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the devotees of Ingsoc, but to make all other modes of thought impossible.
The C vocabulary was supplementary to the others and consisted entirely of scientific and technical terms. These resembled the scientific terms in use today, and were constructed from the same roots, but the usual care was taken to define them rigidly and strip them of undesirable meanings.

Dr Bryan Ardis answers your question.
In his battle against the poisoning attack he suffered on October 2022, Dr Rashid Buttar had an experience that led him to be with God and have a conversation like no other.
Dr Rashid Buttar was an example of leadership, wisdom, love, fierceness, and fearlessness.
He made a promise to the Creator 22 years ago. From that day on, this man kept that promise. He never looked back, he never faltered. He remained steadfast in his mission to do the Creator's work. He gave his life in service of others; in healing with loving energy, and teaching the Creator's message. And this is the important message that Humanity needs to know.

Dr Buttar believed in the power of a positive mind, and he would not want to think his joyful entrance to the hereafter was accompanied by weeping and wailing. He believed we should celebrate death and commiserate our birth as humans. So, in that spirit, don't worry -- be happy for our leader is home.
A MESSAGE TO DR B.mov
