Thrombolytic agents include Eminase (anistreplase), Retin-A (reteplase), Striptease enzyme (streptokinase, kabikinase), and Activase (activase). Thrombolytic agents: These are some drugs used to perform Thrombolytic therapy.The adult dose of reteplase for AMI consists of two IV boluses of 10 units each; there is no weight adjustment.
