In Elvis' Bible, at the end of Psalm 150, he wrote "Sing for the glory of God". Elvis knew his imperfection compared to Jesus' perfection. Elvis loved to hear and sing gospel music - Elvis thought it was "the purest thing there is on Earth". He enjoyed doing Bible studies, especially with his lifelong friend & gospel singer, JD Sumner. Multiple times, Elvis was heard saying that there is only one King: Jesus Christ.
